Rebuild and expansion Range Rover Dungannon (Donnelly Group)
This new state of the art facility will improve access and provide sales, servicing and additional car parking to serve the needs of customers, visitors and staff to the Donnelly Range Rover dealership, Moy Road, Dungannon.
The overall capital expenditure of this scheme is in the region of £5 million pounds.

Traffic counts were undertaken using video analysis techniques to evaluate the existing access situation at the dealerships. Improvements were identified to improve access parking and the servicing arrangement. A detailed Transport Assessment Form was prepared and submitted by McKeown & Shields Architects.
SW Consultancy (NI) Ltd identified widening opportunities in the vicinity of the site on Moy Road and we developed a dedicated right hand turning lane design to full design standards. This improvement facilitates access by making the right hand turning manoeuvre easier from Moy Road and reduces the risk of rear end shunts. The proposed access design made the site accessible for transporter trips allowing off-street servicing for the Range Rover dealership and additional pavement widening using the verge on Moy Road will improve access for M1 bound through traffic movement on Moy Road.
As part of the design process the design was audited by an Independent Road Safety Auditor and the final design agreed with Transport NI. Construction is likely to start on in early 2018.
